Yesterday, I ran out of heavy whipping cream for my smoothie, which makes the Keto smoothie taste even more delicious, so I added some fresh blueberries (since they are in season) and a couple of slices of ripe avocado instead. Wow…was it ever good.
Here’s the recipe:
10-12 frozen banana slices
1/4 cup blueberries (I used fresh)
1 capful PDM (Plant Derived Minerals) – optional
One cup cold water
1-2 slices Avocado
One serving Keto Caramel Shake
Add all the ingredients to a NutriBullet cup and blend.
PS: This is a healthy shake, but if you’re following a proper Keto diet, this is not for you as there is too much fruit!
