It’s a new month and Summer is almost over. If, like me, you have over-indulged the past 3 or 4 months, you might be thinking about some new health goals for September.
After removing over 40 lb in 2016, I’ve managed to maintain my weight to no more than 5 lb above my lowest achieved weight (highest it’s gone above is actually 4.4 lb). However, I never did achieve my ultimate weight loss goal.
I can make excuses, such as I travelled a lot this year, I started walking in the summer and probably gained muscle weight, or my other half kept bringing me home cream cakes from the deli, but truthfully, I was not committed to lose those extra 10 lb that I had set myself at the beginning of the year, and fell short by 5.6 lb.
Don’t get me wrong, I have been taking my 90ForLife supplements, drinking my Slender FX Keto Shakes and various other weight management and health supplements. However, I have over-indulged on the not-so-good foods that are not recommended by Dr. Wallach, including barbecues, cakes and processed foods (mainly sauces and dips). My bad!
However, I have a trip to Miami in a few weeks, and it would be awesome to at least get back down to my lowest achieved weight and be more toned and healthy.
- Get back on track with my weight loss
- Go for a 5 km walk every day
- No more ice cream & late night eating
- Drink more water
- Go to bed at a proper time
- Get a good night’s sleep every night
- Don’t sweat the small stuff
- Always take my Youngevity supplements
And I promise to remain committed throughout September!
